Gluten-free interviews research project

The project, performed in collaboration with the Department of Speech and Social Interaction of the Faculty of Psychology 2 of University "Sapienza" in Rome, is aimed to explore the experiences and the quality of life of celiac people and their relatives, by using qualitative research tools, interviews and focus group.

Each interview will take place face to face and will be recorded and transcribed.
All data collected will be treated with full respect for privacy principles and used solely for educational purposes and research. Maintaining privacy is guaranteed by keeping the records in inaccessible places and by making anonymous transcripts.

The collected data will be used to study the celiac disease phenomenon and to compare the various strategies and representation in relation to the several personal stories, in order to identify different ways and solutions in the adaptation to the celiac condition.
